It's the heart of our church to put our faith into action by meeting the needs of the people in our community and around the world. Rather than simply tell people about the life-changing love of Jesus, we want to show them by the way we serve them. Our faith inspires our work and it's our prayer that our work would lay the foundations for new relationships and life-changing conversations.

We partner with the following local outreach organizations so our congregation can be a part of making a difference in our community.

  • Twin Lakes Food Bank

    Twin Lakes Food Bank

    The mission of the Twin Lakes Food Bank is to share God’s love by mobilizing the community to provide food and support to those in need. Hope Church supports this effort financially as well as with volunteers for various events, and hosting food collection points.     Powerhouse Ministries exists to inspire and empower people to rise above their circumstances, change their lives, and impact their community by breaking the cycle of addiction, abuse, and poverty while giving hope, opportunity, and permission to dream again.   • Hart of Folsom

Support international ministries

We also believe it is important to support ministries in other parts of the world as well. In order to have a global reach, we also support the following international ministries.

  • EPC World outreach

    World Outreach (WO) is the mission sending agency of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Our principal calling is to glorify God by starting church-planting movements among least-reached people groups, especially among Muslims.   • SEND MINIstries

    SEND is an interdenominational, multinational, evangelical mission organization with

    around 500 missionaries in more than 20 areas of Asia, Europe, Eurasia and North America. SEND missionaries live out the gospel in front of their neighbors.
